The Driver Education Grant program will launch on July 13th, 2026.   

At that time, students and/or parents may visit to apply.

5 Star Driving School participates in the WISDOT Driver Education Grant Program and honors the coupons issued by the state.

Income eligible students will be able to take classroom and/or behind the wheel training at no cost to them if they are approved.

The student will enroll clicking the link below, which will open a new tab on the DOT Website. There you will find the necessary instructions for applying for the grant. Those eligible and accepted will be provided with coupons to present to us when signing up for driver education programs.

If students enroll but are not accepted for a grant this quarter, they can click on the start now button on that page to be added to the DMV notification list to be notified when the grant will be available again the next quarter. The notification list will be available when the grant is not.
